HRD (Human Resources Development)

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, or Psychology.
• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulations.
• Skilled in employee recruitment administration and BPJS (social security) processes.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, adaptability, and good interpersonal skills.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in employee recruitment while minimizing turnover.
• Work location: South Jakarta.

Job Description

• Conduct the recruitment process for new employees according to the needed divisions.
• Manage and process employee data such as leave, sickness, absenteeism, and workdays.
• Provide counseling to both new and existing employees.
• Prepare HR documents such as work contracts, conduct interviews, and select new employees.
• Train new employees on the applicable SOPs.
• Create and ensure the implementation of employee KPIs. The HR Supervisor must also understand legal regulations and ensure that employees comply with them.
