HRD (Human Resources Development)
We are looking for an experienced HRD professional to manage and oversee all human resources activities at our clinic in South Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, labor law compliance, and employee recruitment processes. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, or Psychology.
- Age between 30 and 45 years.
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulations.
- Skilled in employee recruitment administration and BPJS (social security) processes.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, adaptability, and good interpersonal skills.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in employee recruitment while minimizing turnover.
- Work location: South Jakarta.
Job Description
- Conduct the recruitment process for new employees according to the needed divisions.
- Manage and process employee data such as leave, sickness, absenteeism, and workdays.
- Provide counseling to both new and existing employees.
- Prepare HR documents such as work contracts, conduct interviews, and select new employees.
- Train new employees on the applicable SOPs.
- Create and ensure the implementation of employee KPIs. The HR Supervisor must also understand legal regulations and ensure that employees comply with them.
